PakTrust to setup food camps to help flood victims

PakTrust will set-up food camps during the month of Ramadan, providing cooked food, in the flood ridden areas of Pakistan. Our heartfelt thanks to all those who have contributed to this noble cause, helping those at a real time of need.

Once again, PakTrust has teamed up with Minhaj Welfare Foundation (MWF) for the food camps, which will open for Iftaar and Sheri.

PakTrust and MWF have previously worked together in similar way to provide cooked food camps during the 2008 Balochistan, Pakistan Earthquake in 2008.

Sajid Ramzan, PakTrust Chairman said, MWF are a well known NGO who have experience and resources to provide such camps in harsh and difficult terrains. We hope MWF continues to grow stronger to enable it to help more people at such amazingly difficult times of need.

Sageer Akhtar, MWF UK said , we are again delighted to be working with PakTrust. MWF is one of the few charities that has the capability to provide cooked food camps – this is well documented.

The current floods are devastating and the need to provide ongoing food, shelter, medical care will be ongoing for sometime to come. This task is enormous and we ask our donors to continue contributing to this noble cause. Please click this donation button:
